Waist training is a gradual process of waist reduction using a steel boned corset. Wearing the corset, exercising, eating a healthy diet and drinking at least 2 litres of water a day can help reduce the waist size and keeping it toned.

Waist training requires commitment to see results. Our corsets are 100% authentic It would help you enhance your curves, correct your posture, reduce top muffins and eliminate back fat.

 

How do I know my correct size?

The Brahh 'n' Shape team strongly recommends that you follow the size chart and size diagram on our size chart page.

For example: If you are size S, M, L, XL, please view the size chart to check the corresponding measurement in inches

Please note that our shapewear and butt enhancer are in US sizes BUT the UK equivalent has also been provided.

 

 CARE INSTRUCTION

All waist trainers are hand wash only. Wash with mild soap and air-dry at least two times a week to keep the corset in good condition.

 * To begin with, try to wear the corset 3 to 6 hours a day where possible, then gradually make the time longer when you get accustomed to it. We do not advise sleeping in a steel boned corset but at all other times of the day (apart from obvious breaks for bathing etc) as long as it can practically be part of your routine then it is a good discipline.

* What is the difference between the Aggressive waist corset and the sports corset? The aggressive waist corset is tougher and it fits tighter whilst the sports aggressive is flexible and more ideal for workouts.

* Can I sleep in my waist corset? The best corset to sleep in is either the waist corset Brazilian style or the waist trainer thong style and not the corsets with the steel boning.

* Waist training should be done in moderation. Please consult your physician prior to use if you are subject to back, neck, circulatory or other conditions that may be exacerbated by the use of this product.
